At Ecari Skin, we’re committed to delivering your glow as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers: We currently ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the most efficient delivery for your region.

Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can use this to track your package in real-time.

Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States only. We’re working to expand internationally soon. Stay tuned!

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order total. Free shipping may apply to promotional offers or order minimums.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.

Delays: While we strive to deliver your order quickly, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during high-volume periods like holidays.



Return Policy


Due to the nature of our skincare products and our commitment to hygiene and safety, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@shopecari.online within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate your claim and provide a replacement or store credit as needed.

Please Note:

  • We are unable to accept returns due to allergic reactions, scent preference, or dissatisfaction with results. Results vary based on individual skin types.

  • We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists provided on each product page and performing a patch test before full application.

  • Returns or exchanges will not be processed without prior contact and approval from our customer care team.

Missing Packages: If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Double-check your shipping address

  2. Look around your delivery area

  3. Ask neighbors or building management

  4. Contact the shipping carrier for assistance

If the package still cannot be located, email us with your order number and tracking details. We’ll do our best to help you.
